1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY

  1. Engage the 6 claws and install a new front door glass outer weatherstrip.

  1. Remove the protective tape.



2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING

  1. Clean the attachment surface.

    1. Using an infrared light, heat the adhesive remaining on the body.

      CAUTION:
      Do not burn yourself with the heated body or infrared light.

    2. Using a piece of cloth, rub the remaining adhesive off the body.

    3. Using a non-residue solvent, clean the attachment surface.

  1. Remove the double-sided tape of the front door window frame rear moulding.

  1. Engage the 3 clips and install the front door window frame rear moulding.

    NOTICE:
    Thoroughly press the front door window frame moulding to ensure that it adheres.

3. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the outer rear view mirror assembly with the 3 screws.

    Torque:
    11 N*m{ 107 kgf*cm , 8 ft.*lbf }

  1. Connect the connector.



4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).



5. INSTALL DOOR ASSIST GRIP COVER

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).



6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).



7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).



8. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (w/o Screw)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).



9. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL (w/ Screw)

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (Click here).
